School Refurbishment

Project Requirements: 

• Total Refurbishment on Ground Floor

Firstly, on this refurbishment, we sandblasted the old plaster off on the corridor wall and totally pared all the walls back. They were having damp issues, which we resolved. We then re-pointed the natural stone and added a new radiator. Ceilings were replaced. Flooring was renewed. All electrics and new security doors were installed. All block work made safe and re plastered. We installed shelving into a recess to utilize the space. A rest room was completely refurbished: Flooring, ceiling, walls and paintwork. The washroom was updated and painted. New sanitary ware, suspended ceiling and flooring were installed. Safety windows and handrails were fitted throughout.
