Roof Sheet Overcladding

Project Requirements:

• Seal Roof Leaks 
• Improve Thermal Insulation
• Keep the budget low

Here, it was decided that in order to satisfy all three criteria, the best option was to overclad with plastic coated box profile steel roof sheets. It seals roof leaks from above, without disturbing existing structure and improves thermal insulation by adding additional fibre glass. Of course, this keeps costs down because there isn't the added removal of existing roof costs (and disposal also, if asbestos is present).
