DL Employees, from the Craftsman to the Accounts Manager, understand that safety is not something we do in addition to work; it's how we work. Our ongoing, regular training programmes ensure that 100% of our workforce, whether on or off site, are fully aware and understand the principles of safe working practices.
The DL Group constantly review methods, procedures and the latest HSE information to ensure maximum compliance with existing and planned legislation.
All Operatives are trained to the highest standards available and hold certificates from CSCS, City & Guilds, ITSSAR, PASMA, IPAF, UKATA Asbestos, FOD Awareness, Working At Heights, Telehandler, Manual Handling, iOsh, Nebosh and St. John's Ambulance. The group ensure compliancy to CHAS, Safe Contractor, CSCS and Exor Gold and we have regular audits for ISO 9001.
We have our own In-House H&S Manager, with over 30 years experience, plus In-House First Aiders and our Managers are all trained in Nebosh and iOsh.
